We loved the spacious Queen room and the breakfast was really tasty! Visited nearby Westgate Park for a relaxing day outdoors, perfect spot for families. The feel of the hotel was fresh, making our stay quite enjoyable for all of us.

My kids wished the bathroom received better cleaning.

However, the bathroom cleanliness needs significant improvement as I encountered an unpleasant odor and dirty conditions during my visit. Overall, while the dining experience was nice, the lack of cleanliness overshadowed my stay.

The staff provided excellent service, making check-in and breakfast a pleasant experience. The location was ideal for our needs, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. Unfortunately, the room's TV was non-functional despite multiple attempts to get help from the front desk. Also, breakfast coffee was poorly brewed and not appealing, and the hot tub felt more lukewarm than inviting. Nonetheless, having a clean room was a definite plus.

The coffee was consistently hot and fresh, making those early mornings feel somewhat less daunting. The hot tub was perfect to unwind after a long day, and that aspect really stood out, especially when it was late and all I wanted was to relax.
